Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at sitesnapz.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Project Scope & Timelines

SiteSnapz prides itself on a rapid 1-2 day deployment model. However, this timeline is strictly contingent upon the following conditions:

• The development window begins only after the initial 50% deposit has been cleared.
• The timeline begins only after all requested assets (logos, text copy, high-resolution images, and server access) have been provided by the Client.
• Any delays in providing these materials will result in a corresponding delay to the project launch.

3. Payment & Billing

Our payment structure is designed to secure commitment and guarantee prompt delivery:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project and secure your slot in our development queue.
• The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon your approval of the project on our staging server, prior to migrating the site to your live domain.
• Failure to pay the final balance within 7 business days of project approval may result in late fees or suspension of the staging link.

4. Revisions & Out of Scope Work

To maintain our rapid deployment speed, we strictly enforce our revision protocol:

• All standard projects include two (2) rounds of consolidated revisions (e.g., color tweaks, text adjustments, image swaps) after the initial staging link is provided.
• Requests for entirely new page layouts, new features, or functionality not explicitly agreed upon in the initial Scope of Work will be classified as "Out of Scope."
• Out of Scope requests will be billed at our standard hourly rate or quoted as a separate add-on project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client assumes full ownership of the final website, including all custom HTML/CSS and digital assets produced specifically for the project. SiteSnapz retains the right to display the completed project within our portfolio and marketing materials as proof of work.

6. Warranties & Liability

While we engineer high-performance, secure digital environments, SiteSnapz is not liable for third-party failures. This includes, but is not limited to, server downtime from your hosting provider, conflicts caused by third-party WordPress plugins installed by the Client post-launch, or unauthorized backend breaches due to weak Client passwords.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab.
